Can I pay in USD, CAD, or another currency?
Denzif is billed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). International clinics pay the PKR amount via bank transfer or card; the USD equivalent is approximately $29/month for Pro and $47/month for AI. All other currency figures on this page are indicative conversions.
How does WhatsApp message pricing work?
Paid plans include 50 free WhatsApp messages per month. After the quota, each message costs PKR 5 (about 2 US cents). Messages cover booking confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and receipts.
What is the difference between the Pro and AI plans?
Pro includes the full clinic platform: scheduling, patient records, treatments, billing, inventory, reports, backups, WhatsApp automation, and analytics. AI adds 13 AI features on top: multi-agent automation (recall, follow-up, payment reminders, urgent care), voice consultation notes, AI consent forms, an AI website widget, and an AI knowledge base.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans can be upgraded, downgraded, or cancelled at any time. Annual plans run for 12 months at roughly 12% off the monthly price.
